Curtains - Two Options Available

  1. Curtainsider Tautliners (Pocketed) have stainless steel buckles fastened to straps at 24 inch centers. The standard rollers are a solid nylon wheel carrying a waisted ring fastened to the curtain webbing. The 28oz. 2 X 2 double thread, Panama weave is PVC coated to meet the highest standards. 
  2. Curtainsider STRAT-A-LITE curtains have stainless steel pull release buckles fastened to the curtain webbing at 24 inch centers. The curtain is also reinforce with one row  of horizontal webbing welded to the interior of the curtain. The standard rollers are a solid nylon wheel carrying a waisted ring fastened to the curtain webbing.  The curtain material specs is the same as the TAUTLINER build.

Replacements Parts

Curtainsider stocks a completeline of replacement hardware. This includes curtain material, rollers, complete strap assemblies, lower straps w/hook, stainless steel buckles, buckle springs and clips, Euro- Tensioners, pawl assemblies and handles. We also stock adequate door seals, door tie-backs and heavy duty galvanized hinges and cams. Available on short order are white FRP or stainless clad doors. Complete replacement curtains are also available. We would be pleased to provide you with a supply or installed price on any of these items.

Repairs

Bay-lynx is a fully outfitted facility which can service all your Curtainsider repair requirements.  We also carry a large inventory of steel and aluminum sections to reduce your down time on unavoidable repairs. Should your trailer require any minor repairs such as rips in the curtains or a damaged fiberglass wind deflector, we have the facilities to repair them.
